1. Requirements of rental
   Aged 18 to 65 years old Singapore Class 3 driver’s license For Local use only
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling
   No additional charges for cancellation or rescheduling of booking 7 days before the actual date of reservation. There will be no refund if AKA Car Rental needs to replace hirer another car due to unforeseen circumstances such as accident, breakdown or technical issue
3. Breakdown of vehicle
   Report to service provider immediately Replacement of vehicle will be provided (Subject to availability), otherwise pro-rated amount will be refunded No additional charges However, the following are not constitute as breakdown: Punctured Tyres Empty Petrol Tank Flattened Battery Loss of keys or Keys locked inside vehicle For the above misfortune, a $50 fee will be charged. 8pm – 8am $100 weekday, full day for weekends (Excluding any replacements of parts)
4. Unpunctual Returns
   Grace period 15 minutes $10 per subsequent 15 minutes
5. Petrol Tank
   Petrol tank must be filled up to the same level as received Additional charges will implement for the shortage petrol
